Completed the detailed design of the proposed Skye Cinema Development and site planning for the proposed theater site within the City of Wauseon. Detailed design for this development includes roadway, storm drainage and detention, water mains and sanitary sewer service for this commercial development.

Senior Project Manager for the development of several commercial site plans, including a Chili’s restaurant in Rossford, Ohio, a Dairy Queen in Paulding, Ohio and a 13,000 square foot flex building for Team Sports in Springfield Township, Lucas County, Ohio, and Otterbein Retirement Living Communities, located in several different communities. Services related to these site plans have included site engineering, zoning assistance and landscape architecture.
