Oversaw the completion of the Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and funding application. Negotiated the final design contract for certified professional services for the site remediation and provided detailed design services. Adam also provided significant assistance through the implementation of the local remediation plan and preparation of the No Further Action (NFA) Letter through the Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program (VAP).
