Long Term Control Plan Implementation
Adam served as the project manager overseeing the development of and subsequent negotiations for the Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) for the City of Napoleon for the past 17 years. The original 3-year endeavor for developing the original LTCP included extensive sampling and monitoring of existing CSO’s and SSO’s, development and calibration of a SWMM model of the collection system, consolidation of available data, financial analysis and development of a 20-year program for the elimination of all SSO’s and reduction of CSO’s. The LTCP was originally submitted to the OEPA in December 2004 and was formally accepted by the Agency in March 2006 and represents an anticipated $40MM of capital investment by the City. Since that time, the project team have completed multiple major projects directly identified within the LTCP and continued to provide updates and assistance to the City https://www.hoffcsllc.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Blog13-1.jpgistration and staff to adjust and modify the plan to meet the ever-evolving collection system and applicable regulations. Most recently, Adam and Stantec staff are providing assistance and recommendations to the City in an effort to re-negotiate the terms and schedule of the LTCP implementation with the Ohio EPA.
