A registered Professional Engineer in OH and MI, Adam Hoff elected to depart from his prior firm and begin his own consulting service company.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University in 1990, Adam immediately began accumulating experience when he started his career as a Civil Engineer. Adam began his career with working for Finkbeiner, Pettis & Strout, Ltd. in Toledo. He later became a City Engineer for the City of Napoleon and eventually would establish and become the Principal/Office Lead for Stantec Consulting Services Inc., where he would continue to work for 18 years.

Throughout his years working as an engineer and consultant, Adam has been involved in the planning, permitting, detailed design and construction of a wide variety of public and private projects throughout Northwestern and Southwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. He has been responsible for the development and review of water and sewer rate studies and funding strategies, as well as providing construction observation services for utility and roadway improvements projects. He had led public involvement and outreach efforts for capital programs and remains engaged on a day to day basis with his clients. This diversity of experience has granted Adam the means to adapt project to project to best fit the needs of his clients.
